I work with clients through committed coaching relationships over 6 to 12 months. This extended timeframe allows for deep transformation and sustainable change. We meet in person or virtually every other week for 60-minute sessions, and I'm available to you between sessions via email, text, or spot calls for ongoing support.
Our first session is 90 minutes to allow for deeper exploration and foundation-setting. Before we begin a formal coaching relationship, I offer complimentary exploratory sessions so we can both determine if we're a good fit.
